At switch on front l.e.d turns green, blinks twice then set returns to standby. All h.t voltages rise, then fall away as set goes into standby
D605 on the 45 volt supply from the lopt was faulty, although it measured o.k
(Steve Hill)

id:= 016845
At switch on no power up (no l.e.d lit)
Check / replace diode D807 (BA159) may be leaky
(Alan)

id:= 016981
Blank raster when first anode turned up, no osd
Replaced IC901, RGB drive ic, but still no change. (there was no RGB inputs from jungle ic) had to replace IC401 jungle chip TDA8843 also. TDA6108 can be replaced by TDA6107Q
(Owen O Reilly)

id:= 016758
Bright green raster with flyback lines
Replace the TDA6107Q on tube base panel
(Brian O Donnell)

id:= 017016
Bright raster
The problem was a 47ohm resistor in the 200v supply to tube base which was found to be o/c
(Steve)

id:= 016619
Dead, fuse intact and 320v at drain of chopper FET
C807 (1uF,50v) leaky and R811 (820Kohms,1/2w) o/c on primary side of the power supply

id:= 017134
Dead, will not come out of stand by, low/no secondary power supply outputs
Disconnect data pins 5 and 6 of eeprom IC502. If starts ok, you have corrupted memory, replace eeprom
(Mick Pope)

id:= 016760
Dead. Only the LED is on. The 140v rail stays low at only 13v
Changed IC901
(Cla£dia)

id:= 017752
EW distortion, no or poor EW correction
EW transistor and supply resistor damaged due to poor soldering on capacitor in the collector of the line output transistor
(Anonymous)

id:= 017015
H.T high at about 190 volts
The BU2508 was also found to be s/c, the cause of problem was R823 high resistance
(Steve)

id:= 017751
Int / no sound
Check the connectors between the nicam module and the main board for int o/c
(Anonymous)

id:= 016977
Narrow picture
After resoldering joints in the line output stage, check R629 (27ohms, 1/2w) safety resistor to E/W FET
(Brian Dean)

id:= 017912
Narrow picture
After resoldering joints in the line output stage, check R629 (27ohms, 1/2w) safety resistor to E/W FET, also o/c capacitor C630 (0.47, 250volts)
(Anonymous)

id:= 016643
No line drive
R866 (0.33ohm) in 14v supply o/c. (not shown on circuit)
(Peter Nutkins)

id:= 017046
No picture
Processor out due to voltage regulator (power from the uP)
(Anonymous)

id:= 017048
No picture
Check for diode or capacitor leakage on the beam control line
(Anonymous)

id:= 017049
No picture or grey picture with flyback lines
The TDA6107 on the picture tube panel will sometimes be damaged due to crt flashover
(Anonymous)

id:= 017047
No power, set is dead, fuse ok
Check the diodes in power supply and change them to BYD33D. Change power resistor (2.2ohms, 5W) and power transistor. Pay attention to 1N4148 diode!!
(Anonymous)

id:= 016730
Only one primary colour with flyback lines
TDA6107Q (6108Q) is defective
(Daniel Ungureanu)

id:= 017482
Picture shifted down
Check / replace R725 (150k)
(Anonymous)

id:= 017750
Picture size variation
Check the 2n2, 1kV capacitor on the G2 line, crt panel!!
(Anonymous)

id:= 017827
Poor contrast
Check C604 (47nF) in the beam limiter
(Haytv)

id:= 017073
Powers up OK but no raster and no line
Short pins 40-41 of the TDA8842, then power on. If one line on the center of the screen appears, then check the vertical deflection circuit (TDA8356, 100ohm, etc.)
(Bora Electronic)

id:= 017032
Screen blanked out,with 4 coloured lines two thirds of the way down from the top of pic. Sound OK.
100 ohm resistor connected to pin 6 of the frame output chip was o/c
(Dave Bridle)

id:= 017034
Screen blanked out,with 4 coloured lines two thirds of the way down from the top of pic. Sound OK.
100 ohm resistor connected to pin 6 of the frame output chip was o/c
(Dave Bridle)

id:= 017964
Severe ragged verticals
Check EHT lead connection Loptx end corroded away
(Ken Porter)

id:= 017803
Unstable teletext, sync out of phase
Check transistor Q420 (BC547B), and video-processor TDA8843
(WoldoW)
